DailyBridge — Terms of Use

By using DailyBridge ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

The App is intended for users 13 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. The App is not designed for, marketed to, or directed at children under 13.

What the App does

The App records your device's screen on/off and lock/unlock events, then on the schedule you set (default: every day at 8 PM) emails a screen-time summary to the recipients you configured. Optionally, the email can include lock and unlock location data (off by default; you must explicitly opt in).

No warranty

The App relies on your device's hardware, Android system behavior, and third-party services (EmailJS / Google Play Services). Actual behavior may vary across device models, ROM versions, and system settings. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Your responsibilities

• Grant the App the system permissions it needs (see Privacy Policy).
• Enter recipient email addresses correctly — typos mean undelivered email.
• If you enable lock-time location, you understand and accept that one location fix is captured on every screen lock and unlock (recorded only locally, only appears in your own email, retained for at most 24 hours).
• Complete vendor-specific keep-alive setup for your device brand (see Help); without it, event capture will have gaps.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
